Fillers

What it is?

Fillers are biocompatible contents used for the reduction of Deep eyebrow lines on the face, very deep forehead lines like knife cuts, nasolabial groove descending from nose edge to lip corners; and to define the cheekbones, cheeks or lips.

Available Filler types;
There are two types of fillers that we use frequently on the face, neck and hands:
1.Hyaluronic Acid
2.Hidroksiapatit

How is it done?

Appling a local anesthetic cream is more than sufficient before the filler’s injection. Filling is one of the most common procedures after Botox in the clinical setting.

What are the types of Hyaluronic Acid?

The most known and used fillers are those of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid fillers are produced under laboratory conditions using recombinant DNA technology, not from animal sources (Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero…) The proportion of hyaluronic acid contained in hyaluronic acid- based fillers according to their production technology and intended use may vary, and may contain different types of cross-linking. Hyaluronic acid containing fillings that do not contain any cross-linking are called ‘ Light Filling ‘. Because light filling does not lump and has high moisture-giving properties, it is often preferred under thin skin areas such as under the eyes, hands, neck and over the lips.
The content of hyaluronic acid is combined with different ingredients in accordance with its purpose. ELECTRI is a hyaluronic acid derivative with anti-aging effect as well as preventing stain formation with succinate content. Electri chelates with heavy metals that are toxic to cellular, enveloping them and preventing their oxidation. Electri inhibits tyrosinase enzyme and stops melanin synthesis. Electri stimulates and accelerates metabolism by increasing the number of cellular mitochondria with succinate, which is considered the symbol of ‘Immortality’ because of its ‘amber’ -like content, which forms the main basis of ‘Cellular Rejuvenation’. Electri is recommended for those who are prone to blemishes, especially in the summer to reduce blemishes and protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun.

Hyaluronic Acid, in the contents of H-100;

Hyaluronic Acid,
Holds water on skin. Increases the moisture in the skin, tissue repair and provides increased elasticity.

Minerals,
Helps delay the aging process by structuring the skin.

Amino Acids,
With their support to cellular metabolism, they increase skin renewal.

H-100 is a skin rejuvenation cocktail prepared in special proportions. Mannitol in its content can prolong the life of Hyaluronic Acid in the tissue and create an intense moisturizing effect. The cocktail of H-100 contains important peptides and vitamins that the skin needs.

Mannitol 5%,
It is one of the most powerful anti-oxidants known and has a high effect on rapidly decreasing wrinkles by increasing moisture capacity. It can prolong the life of hyaluronic acid.

Pro Collagen Peptide,
Collagen is a growth factor. which helps to remove wrinkles, fill the skin in a natural way and tighten it.

Hexapeptide-8,
Growth factor. Helps recovering facial expressions & wrinkles

Pentapeptides DA-18,
It helps to remove wrinkles by relieving muscle contraction.

DMAE,
It supports the muscle tissue under the skin and helps to tighten and decrease sagging, and has anti-oxidant effect.

Organic Silica,
Helps improve skin tone by increasing collagen and elastic fibrils.

Vitamin (B1-B6),
They are anti-oxidant effective. They help delay the aging process.

What areas the hyaluronic acid fillers are suitable for?

Lips
Nasolabial Lines
Cheekbones
Over the nose
Under the eyes
Backs of hands
Deep forehead lines
Deep lines between eyebrows
Grooves descending from mouth corners to the chin.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are applied to all areas where different facial volumes are lost, especially with aging. It can be applied safely to lips, cheekbone, midface, nasolabial lines, over nose, forehead, under eye, chin and hands.
Today, the most commonly used preparations in the world as a face filler are products containing hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid is a protein found in the human body and has water-retaining properties. The possibility of an allergic reaction is minimal due to the fact that it is a molecule in the human body and not a laboratory product of animal origin. It can be used safely in all areas of the face. Hyaluronic acid has the effect of providing volume and creasing due to its retaining properties.

For superficial uses, Hyaluronic acid fillers with low concentration which we call ‘Light Fillers’, and no crosslinking are preferred. This type of fillers are called ‘light fillers’ because they provide a high volume of moisture, helps to reduce wrinkles and moisturize the skin. The light fillers can be applied to brighten and moister the skin rather than giving volume.
High concentration of Hyaluronic acids containing a large number of cross-linking is preferred to provide volume. Depending on the number and type of crosslink bonds, fillers containing Hyaluronic acid are broken down by the body for different periods of time. Hyaluronic acids can remain for 10-14 months depending on the structure of their molecules.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most commonly used fillers for repair, replacement of loss or correction of a genetic defect.

Fillers with hyaluronic acid:
Can help keep skin smooth and supple.
It can help prevent fine wrinkles and acne scars on the skin.
It can provide repairing and maintaining elasticity of tissues. With this feature, it can prevent skin aging rapidly.
It can stimulate the formation and maintenance of collagen fibers. (Decreasing collagen causes skin to lose elasticity.)
Can help fight skin irritation.
As we age, the rate of cell mitosis decreases, thus slowing down the cellular regeneration and repair process. The presence of hyaluronic acid can be helpful in reversing the condition.

Which materials are used as permanent and long-acting filling?

Hydroxyapatite is a long-lasting filler produced from bone raw material obtained from deep ocean corals. It is known as ‘Crystal Filler’. It can be safely used in the treatment of nasal and oral side lines (nasolabial sulcus), filling of facial bone cupping and soft tissue deficiencies.
Hydroxyapatite is a natural anti-aging agent that helps increase the formation of collagen fibers that support and base the skin. Hydroxyapatite also strengthens cartilage, bone and connective tissue structures.

Hydroxyapatite is also used in the treatment of wrinkles of the thin skin on the back and neck area. Hydroxyapatite is FDA approved for hand and neck filling.

Filling materials can be plumped in areas of the body that require more volume, such as breasts and hips, acne and cellulite pits can be destroyed, as well as for the collapse or volume of everything in the body. 3D laser Lipolysis and techniques such as Vaser and Body-Jet where natural autolog fat injections are used are the most accurate.

We do not apply permanent fillers in our clinic. The main advantage of permanent fillers is that the volume obtained is continuous and never melts over time. but since surgical operations will be required to remove the permanent fillings from the tissue If the patient’s mind changes in the future, it is recommended to make a careful decision. Most permanent fillers have a higher risk of reaction in the body than temporary fillers.
